Hollowfield Estate, weddings and events

Long tables on the lawn, and a hall for the dancing.

The estate i to iv

A working farm estate in a quiet valley, with a timber hall, a garden pavilion and our own kitchen.

One wedding a day, and the whole estate is yours from the morning of the ceremony until the last song. Viewings run most Saturdays.

Weddings come first here, but the estate also hosts corporate days and client dinners, birthdays, summer Christmas parties, one New Year's Eve a year, and long lunches for every kind of celebration.

Four spaces, one valley

The hall, the pavilion, the walled garden and the lawn sit a few minutes' walk apart on step free paths. Cars park on the field beside the hall, and suppliers come down the farm track to the kitchen yard, never across the lawn.

Start with a date

Saturdays go first, so most people begin with the dates, then come and walk the grounds. The music ends at 11:30 pm, and the last guests leave by midnight.

Six generations in one valley

The Wren family has farmed Hollowfield since 1836. The hall was the woolshed, the walled garden was planted for the house, and sheep still graze the paddocks beyond the creek.
