Plus A$1,000 one-time setup
The setup fee covers preparing Superstrate for your business, installing it on your website and testing it before going live. After that, one ongoing subscription gives you access to the full platform.
All features included. No feature tiers. Unlimited text interactions and 500 voice minutes each month are included, along with technical support.
Your subscription rate is protected for your first 12 months, provided you remain continuously subscribed.
Getting started

Pay A$500 before setup begins. This initial setup payment is non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, except where a refund is required by law.

Once setup is complete and Superstrate is deployed, pay A$1,150, covering the remaining A$500 setup fee and your first A$650 monthly subscription.

After that, your subscription renews monthly at A$650. Cancel before your next renewal.
Additional websites, extra voice minutes and custom integrations are quoted separately. We’ll walk you through the setup, inclusions and any additional requirements before you commit.
HOW IT WORKS
We handle the setup. You stay in control.
Before launch We prepare Superstrate with your business knowledge and install it on your existing website. Together, we agree what it should handle and connect the supported booking or enquiry tools it needs. Before launch, we check that its answers and actions reflect how your business works.
First two months For the first two months after launch, we help refine the setup as real visitor interactions reveal what needs attention. We also help your team become familiar with the dashboard and its controls.
Ongoing From there, your team keeps your business information current and decides which improvements to make. We remain available for technical support and help using Superstrate.
Minimum cost: A$1,650 covering setup and your first month.
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST will be added only where legally payable.
