Why we built Superstrate.
We have been building businesses together since 2019. Our work has taken us across marketing and technology, building products, creating automations and solving practical problems in our own businesses.
That experience showed us how much effort businesses put into earning attention, and how little they often learn from what happens once someone reaches their website.
A visitor might need one more detail before choosing a service. Others might be looking for something the business has never thought to offer. Unless those needs become visible, the business has little opportunity to respond.
We built Superstrate to make that exchange more useful for both sides. People should be able to find the information they need and take the next step. Businesses should be able to understand what that interest reveals and use it to make better decisions.
Speaking and acting for a business carries responsibility.
A product that answers questions and takes actions on behalf of a business needs clear boundaries. The business should decide what information it uses, what it is permitted to do and when a person needs to take over.
That belief shaped Superstrate from the beginning. Privacy, control and accountability influenced how we built the product, from the way personal details are collected to the way its actions can be reviewed.
We want businesses to understand what they are putting on their website and remain in control of how it represents them.
Superstrate brings together what we have learned through our work and the practical problems we wanted to solve.
